Aluminum sourcing and recycling

An ecosystem for aluminum scrap sourcing and recycling

Aluren Holdings connects scrap inputs with refined aluminum outputs: ingot, billet, and profile. We work across the aluminum stream, from scrap sourcing and recycling to finished product forms.

Material streams

Scrap grades and product forms

Grade matters here, so we name the material plainly: 1xxx, 6xxxx, and Aluminum A7 ingot, with extruded manufacturing formats downstream.

1xxx and 6xxxx scrap

Scrap inputs listed by series for direct purchase, named by grade so buyers can match each lot to their requirement.

Aluminum A7 ingot

A7 ingot available for purchase, supplied as a refined ingot form for manufacturing use.

Billet and profile

Refining streams deliver uniform billet and profile formats for manufacturing, produced from recovered aluminum.

From scrap to product

A closed loop of intake, refining, and casting

Scrap is received and sorted, recovered through thermal recycling, then cast into ingot, billet, and profile for industrial buyers.

01 Scrap intake and sorting

Aluminum scrap in the 1xxx and 6xxxx series is received and sorted by grade.

02 Thermal recycling

Sorted scrap is recycled to recover refined aluminum.

03 Dimensional casting

Recovered aluminum is cast into ingot, billet, and profile forms.
